Joko, the startup accompanied by Agoranov in 2018, has announced that it has raised 10 million euros to revolutionize the cashben in Europe, boosting the total amount raised in two years to 12 million euros.
Joko offers a mobile application that allows you to be rewarded with your favorite brands automatically, every time you spend with your credit card. Since its launch in stores, more than 500,000 users have joined Joko to take advantage of cashback offers from more than 1,000 partner merchants present to reward them on a daily basis. 1M€ has already been paid back to users.
Joko's success in France is only a starting point for the team, which intends to offer its solution to all Europeans very soon. The Open Banking regulation on which fintech relies - the DSP2 - is in fact European. Strengthened by the success of its solution in France, the startup is giving itself the means to achieve its ambitions thanks to this new round of financing from Partech and Axeleo in particular, with Alpha Capital Partners UK (Marc Oiknine) supporting the operation. It also plans to double its workforce by the end of the year. Positions are open in all teams: Tech, Product, Marketing, Support, Sales, Operations, Account Management, etc.
